I am not one to watch and listen to all this celebrity gossip. I just don’t have the time or care for it. But when it comes to the Wendy William Show and her Hot Topics, well I guess I am drawn in. Wendy’s show is really awesome and I try my hardest to watch it, if I can’t watch it when it comes on, I make sure I set it up to record. I don’t like missing her show at all. She is a very entertaining and funny lady.
Well, todays Hot Topic hit home for me. The Hot Topic on the Wendy Williams Show was about Bow Wow and Erica Mena. How Erica went to Social Media and revealed that she had a Miscarriage earlier this year and Bow Wow AKA ” Shad Moss” her fiance, was not to happy about that. So their relationship might be over.
For those of you that might not know who Erica Mena is. Well, she is one of the reality stars from Love & Hip-Hop New York and Bow Wow is a rapper turned actor. You can see him on the TV show CSI: Cyber.
Anyway, let me get back to today’s Hot Topic. Today Wendy was giving her thoughts on Bow Wow’s current rocky relationship with Erica. Check out the Video Clip below!
I want to give my take on this topic. Social Media is huge and should be used in the right way. I don’t feel that people should put their personal stuff on Social Media, especially if you are a star or married/dating one. I personally know what Erica is going through. I myself miscarried years ago and I know the heartache she is going through, and I know that she needed to express herself, but she did it the wrong way. Her poem is beautiful and that is something that she should have shared with Bow Wow. Now, Bow Wow I think didn’t think before he reacted. He is going through his own feelings about this and I get what he feels.
I also agree that Erica should not have blasted on Social Media about the miscarriage. There are so many other ways to going about that. And putting it on Social Media is not the way to go.
Celebrities are always in the spotlight, but personal stuff should not be blasted all over the internet. Being in the Limelight is very tricky and they need to pick and choose what their fans really need to know about their personal life. Erica and Bow Wow should have made an announcement together and not the way it happened. When you are in a relationship and it comes to important decisions like this, you need to make that decision together. Nothing good ever comes out of stuff like this and now their relationship might have come to an end!
Wendy does make me laugh in this segment and she is spot on with what she is saying. Wendy, keep on Saying It Like You Mean It!
