In the summer of 2013, Sarah, new mom to Charlotte was dealing with what all of us moms know all to well. Hair pulling, necklace pulling, and a teething baby. All Sarah wanted was a few nice teething necklaces for her baby, but not only were they hard to come by, but they were hard to find in styles that she liked. Sarah decided to make teething accessories for herself and her best friends. Using colors and beads that she liked, she did just that. She also made smaller, matching versions for the children, and even smaller teething rings for babies. It was then that Charlotte Rose Accessories was born.
It wasn’t long before the business was growing. Sarah and her business partner Karin knew it was time to re-brand. In the summer of 2016, they re-launched as Summer Lulu. Summer for the season, and Lulu after Honolulu where Karin lived.
