I love this cookbook because it is easy and simple. Six ingredients, six minutes prep, six minutes cleanup. Sounds like my kind of cooking I can do. Over 100 recipes that are easy peasy and delicious. Stuart O’Keefe offers us dozens of recipes from breakfast, salads, soups, pasta, fish, chicken, pork, beef, sides and desserts. Oh the desserts! This cookbook is so well written and it is easy, even for a beginner like me, to follow and make delicious plates.
Chef Stuart starts out helping you with what you need in your pantry and all of the tools that you will need to whip up all of his delicious recipes at a moments notice. He believes in simplicity, fewer ingredients afford higher quality. Chef Stuart helps you learn how to take smart shortcuts, pairing store-bought items with homemade ingredients. This cuts down your time in the kitchen and makes it easier on your pocket. This is one of my favorite cookbooks to date.
