Hands are one the quickest parts of the body to dry out. They’re always used and washed constantly, which can often makes them even worse. Molton Brown has an amazing line of moisturizing hand washes, to remedy this situation.
They sent me two of their signature scents of hand wash. First up is Rock Rose Pine. I adore this one! It’s a soft, woody scent, perfect for fall and winter months, (which face it, will sadly be here before we know it.) This stunning scent combination comes from a blend of Siberian Pine oil, and red thyme. The top note is mountain pepper. Amber essence and pine oil make up the heart note. Finishing out the scents is a base note of gaiac wood and sunflower extract. It’s a warm, golden blend of scents, much the color of the soap itself. The scent isn’t too feminine or masculine. Instead it’s a surprising combination of both.
The second hand wash scent we received was Mulberry and Thyme. My husband snatched this one for the “boys bathroom” as soon as he smelled it! This luxurious blend is of mulberry root extract, and clary sage oil. (We use clary sage essential oil in a lot of lotions, and roll on blends that I make. It has great deodorant, antiseptic, antidepressant properties and more!) This incredible scent starts out with a top note of basil. Mimosa is the heart note and is finished out with a base note of thyme with mulberry extract. Again, this blend of scents is neither masculine nor feminine, but an absolute combination of both. It’s a crisp, and composed, citrus scent, sure to please everyone that uses it. The light blue hint exemplifies the scent combination of this soap.
We’ve been using both of these Molton Brown hand soaps for a week now. I have noticed a great improvement in the feel of my hands. They are no longer dry and rough feeling. My husband has expressed the same thoughts as well.
