My niece was telling me she wants to make my nephew baby food, this way she knows its fresh and good for him. we have given her one of the ninjas I had and she proudly told me she made him his first bath. Peas and these cute little bags do the best job, she can easily take them with her anywhere and feed little man. Five little sprout bags are the best thing out there,
Once you get the hang of it, they are easy to fill as well! I made a morning smoothie batch and the first 3 I over filled and it was a mess but i got the hang of it and no mess by the last one. She said she’s made him peaches and banana and all kinds of other things. They seal very nicely at the bottom so the food doesn’t leak out but are super easy to fill.
She is having the best of time making all these foods, for the little man. And he’s enjoying it all. Already 6 months old and getting so big. cleanup is as easy as rinsing it out, the water goes right through. And they even are dishwasher safe.
The things you can put inside is endless,
SOUPS – broccoli soup, lentil soup partially or fully pureed, GREEK YOGURT BASED SMOOTHIES – fruits, greens, zucchini and black beans pureed with mango and/or berries for more fiber/protein.
They are actually not hard to clean. If you have a bottle brush and a bottle rack to dry them on they clean up well and without pain. If you don’t have a bottle rack and have to dry them on a flat surface, we laid them on their sides with the caps tucked along the seal of the bag to let air flow in. They dried very well that way, and the caps also dried very well that way.
