Vaping vs. smoking is a hot topic these days. There are hundreds of studies out there done by hundreds of different “expert” organizations and the data is all over the place. One thing is certain and very important for smokers to know. Smoking traditional cigarettes isn’t good for your health and it’s very hard to quit. Not much of a newsflash for many, but is so very true.

What is vaping?

Here’s the deal. Experts say that if you take up vaping it will be the key to finally kicking your smoking habit. Vaping releases small quantities of nicotine at a time helping smokers who are ready to quit, fight the addiction. This is instrumental in “kicking the habit” because over a period of time a smoker can gradually get used to reduced amounts of nicotine and tobacco into their system. But that’s just half the smoking battle.
Vaping can assist in reducing the “smoking experience.” Smoking involves just about every one of the body’s senses and vaping is a pretty similar experience to smoking. Some say just pulling the pack of cigarettes out of their pocket and holding the pack is relaxing to them. Their cigarettes are like a close friend.
