When I was younger I can remember watching Pee wees play house, and having such a great time, there was never a dull moment. everyone was always happy and getting along. There was always a word of the day told by Pee wees robot friend., and when anyone said it they would all scream. My sister tells me, I would run around saying that word all day.
Scream along to the secret word with Pee-wee Herman and his pals: Jambi the Genie, Miss Yvonne, Cowboy Curtis, Reba the mail lady, Captain Carl, Magic Screen, Conky, Globey, Chairry, Pterri, Randy and all the rest.
All of his friends would always come around to teach us a new lesson, and Pee wee would throw them a party. This show is pretty clean and often teaches good morals and manners. There are lots of cartoons and clay animated shorts that are fun to watch. The visuals are pretty good.exception to the old school cartoons that showed their age twenty-five years
This DVD features 23 episodes from Season 1 and 2 of Pee-wee’s Playhouse. The episodes are split onto four DVDs. The show started back in 1986 and it features classic 80s fun. Being able to share these with my kid is always a bonus. Devon gets excited with the word of the day.
It’s a show that I’d say is appropriate for kids, it is actually educational if you think about it! They do a word of the day, they mention things like “left” and “down” and there are lessons of friendship, problem solving and more. There is so much packed into the episodes too that it is constantly going from one thing to another. What a good way to teach your children lessons in life. We have loved this Dvd and watching a new one everyday.
