I am a homeschooling mom of three boys. What can I say? They are super busy and it can be hard to keep them still. Not that is my goal, but it is nice to have them sit in a chair for more than three seconds. With that in mind, I’m super glad I encountered Bouncy Bands. They have been a life saver in our homeschooling environment.
About Bouncy Bands
Scott Ertl is an elementary school counselor in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He created Bouncy Bands to help students at his own school to have a way to move when they worked so they wouldn’t have to stay trapped at their desks for 5-6 hours a day. He wanted to help them be able to stretch their legs, bounce their feet and prop up their feet instead of having them dangle all day from their chair.
Easy to Install
I think a lot of parents and teachers will fall in love with Bouncy Bands because they are easy to install. It’s nice to just plop them on a chair and from there, they can bounce away. The only issue we have is our chairs already have the wooden line from leg to leg on the chairs. However, my oldest son was still able to use the Bouncy Band. I’m keeping an eye out on an inexpensive chair that we can use to use the band like it was meant to be used.
Fun to Use
I think it’s hard to sit still in a chair all day, which makes the Bouncy Bands super special. Being able to bounce and move your legs is an important part of the school day. My sons are all boy and love to move around, these Bouncy Bands are going to be handy for many years.
