My eldest is in love with Lee Kum Kee Kung Pao Chicken
My eldest son asked me to make him some Kung Pao Chicken. I had him help me because he’s twenty-one and could use some cooking skills. He agreed it was easy, and it didn’t take all that much time which was a huge plus for him. All we needed was the Lee Kum Kee Kung Pao Chicken ready sauce, a pound of boneless (skinless) chicken breast cut into strips, two small carrots (peeled and sliced) an eight can of water chestnuts, 1/3 cup of roasted peanuts, two green onions, and one tablespoon of cooking oil. That’s it. We had prepared an amazing Asian dinner in under thirty minutes and that was counting prep time!
