New Fantasy Novel for Teens and Young Adults
This new book is geared towards teens and young adult, but as an “older” adult, I too enjoyed it very much. I’ve often been told my “head is in the clouds,” because I’m always in my own little world. (It’s way more fun in my world!) I digress. Anyway, today I want to talk to you about a new novel from K.F. Bradshaw. It’s an amazing science fiction and fantasy novel.
Welcome to Damea
The people of Damea are no strangers to magic. They’ve been magical for years and it’s been woven into their history. However, now the magic is dying, and it’s taking Damea with it. A young woman name Andrea is an enchanter’s apprentice, and she takes on the quest to bring the magic back.
Female Protagonist
It’s so refreshing to read another book with a stong female protagonist. Though this book will appeal to men and women alike, I love the theme of a heroine. Out of the seven main characters from Enchanter’s, only two of them are male. (Yay for woman power!)
Wonderfully Written
K.F. Bradshaw has done an exceptional job weaving this story. As you read along, you will feel as though you are along for this magical journey. There’s even some romance intertwined into the story. Though the book is a hefty five hundred and eighty-eight pages, the chapters are short, so it’s easy to keep up with the plot. Perfect for those that don’t have a ton of time to read, and don’t like to get lost in the middle of never-ending chapters.
