Written and intended as a workbook, Learn To Be Lean offers a “practice” approach to body-mind-spirit integration, fitness, and weight loss that is multidimensional yet also systematic and accessible. It does not offer a diet or “get fit quick” approach or unsustainable results. It acknowledges that your path to wellness is a personal, dynamic process and needs to be honored as one.
I love that the book comes with pages to write down your progress. It has spaces to jot down your experiences and thoughts. It has yoga moves and pictures. It has charts to record your daily moves. The book has spaces to write your motivations and your downfalls. It has coaching tops. A wonderful book for the beginner or experienced yoga fitness body.
