Need Energy? Put Some Pep in Your Step with Good Day Chocolate

Parenting is a tiring gig. Some days I swear I’m operating solely on auto-pilot because sleep is luxury around here. Coffee helps, but after a while, my stomach gets all “NO MORE COFFEE COURTNEY!” And then what? That’s why I’m glad I discovered Good Day Chocolate. Trust me, you will want to as well.

Need Energy?

When your tummy refuses coffee, or it just isn’t cutting it, reach for some Good Day Chocolate Energy. Each piece of Energy candy is REAL semi-sweet chocolate. (They taste like yummy chocolate chips!) There is twenty mg of caffeine in each piece too. Four pieces is the equivalent to one cup of coffee. They are candy coated for convenience, so no melting in your pocket. One box contains two servings. Plenty to get you through the day.

Need Sleep?

I’m lacking that too! Actually, in all honesty, my child is. Which in turn steals my precious sleep. However with God Day Chocolate Sleep, I’m getting a bit more of that hot commodity. Each piece of their Sleep chocolate contains one mg of Melatonin. You can take four pieces at a time for a good night’s rest. Liam took four pieces last night, and he did fall asleep faster. He loved the taste and thought it was candy, not a sleep aid. (Disclosure: Ask a doctor before giving to your kids. Liam takes Melatonin per his doctor’s advice.)

Maybe you need some non-drowsy calm?

If so then Good Day Chocolate Calm is for you. Relax without being drowsy. Release tension and anxiety too. All naturally, and with simply eating “candy.” Milk chocolate with Magnesium Oxide, L-theanine, Chamomile, and Oat Straw Powder. All of which have shown to improve calm naturally. My son takes other natural calming meds that are similar, so his doctor said he could give these a try. He loves them. Again, he likes that they taste like candy, I like that help him naturally.

Vitamin D3 and Turmeric

If you’re looking for a tasty way to add a boost of Vitamin D3 to your diet, then try Good Day Chocolate Vitamin D3. Each serving has 1,000 IUs. (A serving is four pieces.) Maybe you’re looking for a natural way to soothe aching muscles? If that’s the case, then check out Good Day Chocolate Turmeric. Each serving contains 400 mg of Turmeric to soothe and cool tired, aching muscles. Perfect for after a good workout, or for those of you suffering from pain conditions. I have Fibromylagia, and have taken some to help on bad flare days. They do soothe the ache.

Where to buy

Take my word for it, Good Day Chocolate taste like candy, but really do work. (Oh and they are Gluten Free, and Non-GMO) So I know you want to get some too! Head HERE to get yours.  You can also find them at Whole Foods, and other markets. You can also follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
