I found out that Nature Made® Advanced Dual Action Probiotic delivers the “good” bacteria that my body needs in the small and large intestines. I don’t like yogurt so I need to take Probiotics so the unwanted organisms will get crowded and allow more “good” bacteria. Couple other tips I found out is, take with food! Having food in the stomach when I take the probiotic helps neutralize stomach acids that can be harmful to the probiotics. Also, I need to make sure I have plenty of fiber, fruit, and vegetables to allow the probiotics to FLOURISH!
