Summer is HERE and what do all love to drink during the hot months…..LEMONADE!
However, some of can’t take all that sugar in just one glass. We came across a drink that satisfies our taste for lemonade and my concern for all that UNWANTED SUGAR!
The kids and I made several different things with the Cascade Ice:
- My kids made popsicles- because a cold fizz is the best. The kids love them and I love they have no calories so this is a win win for moms. By the way I snuck one and the Blueberry Watermelon is so refreshing!
- We used the Strawberry Lemonade (which we could have used any of the flavors) in our morning smoothies. It gave the smoothie a little extra special kick plus it has no calories so great choice of juice.
- We made ice cubes with the Raspberry Lemonade so I would drink water. It was so much fun. I’m not the biggest fan of sparkling water- my kids love it so they told me to make ice cubes and put in my water- and oh my goodness what an awesome idea they had. It gave my plain water a fun enjoyable taste.
Cascade Ice waters are free of unnecessary and unhealthy “extras” found in other flavored waters like calories, sodium, caffeine, gluten and sugar. Compared to many popular soda brands which can contain upwards of 38 grams of sugar, Cascade Ice beverages are sugar-free and full of flavor.
Cascade Ice has 21 delicious and unique flavors including Cranberry Pomegranate, McIntosh Apple and Orange Mango in addition to the line’s three newest flavors, Strawberry Banana, Coconut Mango and Coconut Pineapple. The sparkling waters have a delightful “fizz” combined with natural fruit juices.
