Keep Your Health in Check with iHealth®

Have you heard of iHealth® yet? If not, you need to! iHealth® is dedicated to helping others lead a healthier life, and offers a full range of home health products for you and your family. Their goal is to make it easier for people of all ages to have a more active role in managing their healthy lifestyle. They do this by offering a full range of  innovative, user-friendly products, that connect to the cloud. From Blood Pressure monitors, to Glucose meters, to wireless scales and more, they have many products to help keep your health on point.

They sent my family their iHealth® View Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor BP7S. This monitor goes right onto your wrist. This monitor is clinically tested, FDA approved, and gives you accurate readings at home or on the go. Via Bluetooth® Smart Ready Technology, it syncs your results to your phone. All you need is to download the FREE iHealth® My Vitals app to your smart phone, tablet or computer. The app can be found in the Google Play store, and on Apple iTunes. Your readings are then stored in the free, secure, HIPPA compliant, cloud. You can monitor your blood pressure and pulse trends on charts, and then share them with your doctor in spreadsheet or pdf form via your smart phone, tablet or computer.

The smart wrist cuff tells you when it is placed correctly for optimal reading results. It even tells you whether you need to move it up or down to get the placement just right. Once you see the dot on the display, all you do is push a button and it will begin to take your readings. I found this to be easy, and very effective.

The cuff is rechargeable with it’s 3.7v Li-ion mAh internal battery. The first charge didn’t take long at all either. I think ours was ready and fully charged within an hour. The cuff is light weight, and not too bulky and large. The machine itself measures, 72mm × 74mm × 17.6mm ±5mm. The cuff measures 5.3 inches by 8.7 inches. It’s also very light weight.

Both myself and my hubby have used the iHealth® blood pressure cuff a few times now. We like it’s size and ease of use, and have already recommended it to others. Today we are recommending it to all of you.  To get your hands on your own, or for someone in your family, head on over to their website. You can also find iHealth® on Facebook .
