When I am cooking food for others I tend to sit and think is this done enough for them. Looking for just the right meat thermometer I did find the Kanbrook Instant Digital Meat Thermometer, this works great and I have no issues with things being done. What I like most about this thermometer is it is well-designed, with a six-inch probe that is long enough for even large cuts of meat. It has an on/off button (with an auto-off feature) and can read temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Easy to read and use with no kind of issues. What I also like is that there is an automatic shut off and that’s a good thing with me. If I accidentally leave it on it will shut off alone. This has been a great thing for us to use. So far we have used it when we are cooking pork chops, and steaks on the grill and they came out perfect and done the way everyone wanted.
My sister and I love our steak juicy and a little pink. Everyone else likes there’s dead and dead so this really helps out. Guide on the appropriate heat ranges for beef, poultry, lamb, and pork. Not only use this inside but also outside. Take this with you on camping trips because its easy to pack and go.
Sturdy and fits in almost any draw I have, no more of that poking out from where I put it and accidentally break it. Another great thing is within seconds you get a reading. This is the first thermometer to every do that. And is accurate so you know what the temperature is. The temperature keeps climbing slowly even after 15 seconds in the meat, so you know when to bring it out for those people who love it medium and who love it done.
