MEET KIA

Kia was our Christmas Eve present 2years ago.  We love her so much, however, she has been our most challenging fur baby. She is an extra large German Shepherd and has a whole lot of energy. With that much energy, you know we are outside with her a lot.   We take her on daily walks around the neighborhood about two times a day.  Kia’s favorite thing to do is PLAY CATCH.  Every couple hours we go outside and play with her in the yard. She loves to get the ball so we will throw the ball far out in the yard, she starts running as soon she sees us pick up the ball and almost always catches it. She is amazing but the past couple months we have been noticing her slowing down a little bit and not as excited when it is time to go outside.  We love playing with her and making sure she gets the exercise she needs so we need to figure something that might help her energy.  I know with adults when we are feeling low or no energy we try to fix it by changing things in our life, most of the time it is the food we are eating.  Dogs get like that too.  So we decided to SWITCH from one dog food to Iams quality dog food. I can remember my parents giving their Shepherd, Iams so I know it works!.  They loved how she had so much more energy and how her fur was so shiny and healthy. Well, I decided to follow in their footsteps with our Fur baby. I know and trust Iams quality dog food because their products focus on quality and are backed by years of research. When our dogs are eating better food, they feel better, and the differences are visible. Dogs who switch to Iams show signs of improved health in their coats and skin, healthy digestion, and overall energy levels. We can’t wait to follow Kia’s progress over the next couple months, and we will be sharing on the blog too. We want to make sure Kia stays active and healthy, and we need to not only make sure she exercises right but eats food that is good for her. We just started Kia on Iams, and we already are seeing a difference with our morning walks and play time in the yard. She is moving those legs of hers so much better, and she wants to go outside more. We are all pretty excited about this too.
