After a week by the beach eating whatever I pleased (I’m talking two ice creams per day, donuts, curly fries galore), I realized that as it came to an end, I inevitably had to get back on track with my diet. I have preseason coming up in a month and need to start training ASAP or else August is going to be quite interesting… so in order for me to get back into shape and in sync with healthy eating, I tried Nonni’s THINaddictives lightly sweet and crunchy mango coconut almond thins.
When I diet, I HATE restricting myself. I am always looking for fun recipes online such as mug cakes and pancakes and wraps that are low calorie, affordable, and easy to make. THINaddictives falls into this exciting category by providing a really sweet treat to indulge upon with zero guilt. They’re anti-oxidant rich biscottis–only 100 calories per serving. Each serving is THREE cookies, so it fills you up really fast. THINaddictives are not only low-calorie, but also low-fat and low-carb which makes you less hungry and keeps you satisfied longer. They’re also absolutely delicious, and an overall great treat that fulfills cravings for desserts.
My favorite part about THINaddictives is definitely the taste. Usually, I find 100-calorie-and-under diet foods to be rather bland tasting, but this biscotti is filled with flavor. The mango, coconut, and almond accents really make it stand out. They’re also great if you’re on-the-go all the time like me. They won’t melt in the summer heat, they don’t
make a mess with crumbs, and they’re easy to share if you’re feeling generous. Plus, the mango-coconut taste really compliments this upbeat summer weather!
If you need a staple snack for a diet, I definitely recommend THINaddictives. Whether you’re simply trying to make your diet healthier or your trying to lose weight, these biscottis will definitely help you reach your goal. So far, I’ve personally been able to significantly reduce cravings and feel fulfilled at the end of the night by consuming this cookie for dessert. Though I’ll miss ice cream and donuts and curly fries, Nonni’s THINaddictives are definitely the healthier option, and just as delicious.
