During my most successful weight loss periods I found that frequent snacking on healthy foods kept me motivated to continue my new routines, kept hunger at bay, and once meal time finally arrived I didn’t gorge myself unnecessarily. My eating habits have changed overall but taming the demands of my sweet tooth still seems to be my biggest challenge but thanks to the delicious “NO-NUT Butter Chocolate Spread” from The Sneaky Chef health foods brand, my entire family can indulge our delectable sweet food desires without the guilt and the extra pounds!

Missy Chase Lapine, creator of the wildly successful Sneaky Chef food products and book series, has inspired families around the country to establish new healthy outlooks on eating and lifestyles. Missy is also a current member of Parenting Magazine’s team of experts and regularly serves as a cooking instructor at New York’s finest culinary schools.

The biggest recommendation for a healthy diet during weight loss is protein. Protein is most easily found in natural foods like nuts but with so many suffering from food allergies these days, shopping for the family is extremely hard when one must meet different dietary restrictions under one roof. Neither my husband nor I have food allergies but due to our daughter’s young age her food restrictions include nuts, honey, and fish. Those restrictions mean protein packed foods like peanut butter are off the table, eliminating access to key nutrients she needs for healthy development. The Sneaky Chef’s “NO-NUT Butter Chocolate Spread” and 6-Pack “Creamy NO-NUT Butter Grab & Go” snack size spreads are an excellent way for us all to receive the vital proteins we need in our diets. Simple straight forward ingredients, 100% Non-GMO, and Soy, Diary, and Gluten Free products from The Sneaky Chef made to please universal palates takes away the need to second guess snack chooses for my young child.

It’s also my opinion that the delicious creamy chocolate spread from Sneaky Chef easily beats the other most advertised chocolate spread Nutella. I find Nutella to be way too thick in texture and it feels like I need several glasses of milk just to wash it down. I’ve even tried melting Nutella in the microwave for a few seconds for a thinner consistency. With spreads created by The Sneaky Chef neither is required and I usually eat it directly from the jar (and both fingers and cut fruit dip perfectly). An added benefit of The Sneaky Chef’s “NO-NUT Butter Chocolate Spread”, I’m able to give it to Savannah, unlike Nutella, without any of the nut allergy health concerns! Yes, dinnertime plagued by restrictions and young picky eaters leaves most vegetables off the menu but never fear parents, The Sneaky Chef has dinner covered as well. “Smooth Red” and “Parmesan Romano” dinner pasta sauces by The Sneaky Chef include 8 hidden super veggies like Zucchini, Celery, and Onions that children tend to shy away from but they’ll never suspect a thing as their focus will remain on the homemade delightful flavors. With all the nutritional benefits and scrumptious flavors available, I know future snack and dinner meals will having lasting health and taste bud benefits for the entire family with products created by The Sneaky Chef!
