Are you ready for some good, clean fun? If so, you need to check out Sudsy Dough. Moldable soap with a hidden toy inside. How fun is that? I was stoked because my son LOVES play doh. We use it a lot for sensory therapy, so this was an added bonus. Guess who didn’t have to fight to get him in the tub to try it? That’s right, this mom!
So what is it? Well, it’s soap, that’s like moldable dough. It’s infused with natural moisturizers, Shea butter and beeswax. Mild foaming agents in the dough create suds. Your kids will enjoy playing while they clean themselves. Baths disguised as fun is a win win for every parent! Sudsy Dough is paraben-free, phthalate-free, and sulfate-free. It’s also made by MOM’s in the USA. How cool is that?
It comes in four scents and colors. Pink is Sassy Strawberry. The blue sudsy dough is Bubbly Blueberry. Orange is Merry Mango, and green is Awesome Apple. We were sent pink and blue to try. They smell amazing! Liam was eager to try them out, so he got right into the tub to play.
Like I mentioned earlier, as an Autism mom, I try to do sensory fun play with Liam, to give him the input he needs. Clay and Play Doh are often involved. Sudsy Dough would be perfect for any kid, but especially for one on the autism spectrum that craves Proprioceptive input. The great scents also provide awesome Olfactory input too! Not to mention, it’s great work for those fine motor skills. Many kids on the spectrum need help in the fine motor area, so this is great. A simple bath has turned into a fun and therapeutic experience.
Liam gave Sudsy Dough “TWO THUMBS UP!” I think he would have given more, if he had more thumbs. As you can tell by reading this, I too gave it two thumbs up. I would definitely recommend it to all parents, and especially to Special Needs Parents.
