The first time I used head and shoulders over 15 years ago i think it really didnt agree with my hair plus the hard water we have just made it worse so I have not tried using it since but in the last few years I have only heard good things so might give it a try again.

I noticed a huge difference in my hair after I stopped watching it every day, but it doesn't seem you can do this with dandruff. Head and Shoulders can definitely help reduce the problem of dry scalp and dandruff.
