Have you ever wanted one of those Eclair doughnut but you know right where that doughnut is going to go and that is your stomach or hips. I know the feeling all to well myself. I am a lover of sweets and I am trying to reduce the sugar intake my family and I have and I have found several recipes and made up some myself. This recipe below is so easy and low-fat it’s not funny. You can also take everything you need on the go to make this at the party or get together you are having  well except the milk.

2 large boxes Vanilla instant pudding ( Sugar free)

2 box of fat-free vanilla wafers

half-gallon of milk ( fat-free)

3 tbsp of butter

1 cup of powder sugar no way to get past this

3 tbsp of Hershey coco powder

1 container of cool whip (fat-free or sugar-free)

13×9 pan (Disposable)

In a large mixing bowl mix together the pudding as the directions then fold in a whole container of cool whip and set aside. In a 13×9 pan put a single layer of the vanilla wafer’s in the bottom with the flat side up , then put some of the pudding mixture on it and spread till its even. Repeat layers till your done you will have to break some apart and make  them fit. After you get he three layers done in a small sauce pan put the 3 tbsp and 3 tbsp of milk in a pan and let it melt together. As soon as it melts mix in with the powder sugar and coco powder. If it seems to be to thick add a little bit more milk and it will thin out. If you like you can make extra topping if you like but I found it to be too sweet.
