Easter Jell-o Nests Recipe

When I hold parties, I like making my dessert table as colorful as possible. I’ve got quite the sweet tooth and my friends know me for going all out with the treats and confections.

For this year’s Easter festivities, I wanted to go simple but still adhere to a certain theme. Pastel colors are fun to play with during this holiday. I took it upon myself to play around with those oh-so-popular candy eggs. They’re delicious and easy to work with.

I chose to use green Jell-o for my Easter Jell-o Nests to represent the leaves that start coming out in the springtime. I also love the fact that they’re lime flavored – gives a little zing to this dessert!
