DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball

So this year we have decided to get our selves in shape, so that means we will be walking and exercising more. With all of the different things out on the market, its hard to know whats the right thing to use. When I was doing some research, I happen across the DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball. Inexpensive to purchase and easy to use, a good exercise ball can help you work on your abs, chest, legs, arms, shoulders, and back. It also comes with some exercises right on the box.

This is a GYM Quality, Heavy Duty Ball can be used for many applications. From Physical Therapy, Home Workouts, Pilates, & Yoga to Personal Training; this ball will be up for the challenge for a long term solution. We hope you enjoy and achieve your fitness goals. It helps with stability, balance, sitting up straight, and dozens of other things. And we could use that help, none of us sit up straight. This exercise ball comes in one size, and we need to keep it up from the dogs, or they will inflate it.

You should definitely find the exercise ball that works for you and your body size. The DynaPro Direct exercise ball should be the exercise ball you consider first. So far we have all used it and we love it, getting back into exercise and staying alot more healthy is what we are doing.

This product comes with instructions on how to blow up the ball with the given pump but there are no other instructions or other information about this particular exercise ball. You can find a number of websites that will tell you why sitting on an exercise ball at work is a good thing.

Even my son is into sitting on it and doing some exercise moves, he loves to just lay on it more then anything. I had a great experience with the DynaPro exercise ball and would recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, professional, multi-use exercise ball. Loving the way its helping all of us get into shape.

Exercise balls are so versatile. I am researching one to use as an office "chair" to help with core-strength and posture. (Mine is lacking since having my little gup a few months ago!)
