Dry Brushing With #SpaVerde

I didn’t even know what Dry Brushing was into SpaVerde shared all this all information with me and oh my goodness I wish I knew about this like 20 years ago.  Now, I’ve used wood brushes before but in the shower and with soap.  Well, I’ve been doing this all wrong!  

Dry brushing will improve the health of your skin in ways you need, I know I do! Make sure your skin is dry, of course.  Also that the brush needs to be 100% natural boar bristle. SpaVerde has the perfect brush! You can do the dry brushing before your shower in the morning or night, whatever you prefer! 

I love to take my shower at night, I like to go to bed all clean! So start out with your feet and brush towards the heart.  Brush in light strokes, about 6 inches long. Do this for every part of your body except for your face, Go head ahead  and do 5-10 strokes for each area and do this routine every day and you can even do this even 2x day to get faster results. Now don’t be pushing too hard, gentle pressure.  Make sure you do what is comfortable for you! No scrubbing!  

Make sure you get armpits and inner thighs- I didn’t even know this even though I get swollen lymph nodes all the time .  You can release a lot of in these areas.  If you feel any toxins in any area please make sure you give extra attention to that area. 

Also if you shed a lot of skin that is OK but if your skin turns red- you are applying too much pressure. The first couple times you might experience itchy skin but by the 4th time your should be feeling relaxation.
