Sweet Summer Time! I drink tea all year round, but in the summer, I drink iced tea like it’s going out of style! Recently Kelly asked me if I wanted to check out some USDA organic tea by Numi, so of course I jumped at the chance!
Have you heard of Numi yet? Well if not, let me fill you in. Numi’s goal is to inspire well being of body, mind, and spirit, through their teas. Their company is rooted in the principle of creating a healthful product that nurtures people and honors our planet. Not only does Numi make excellent teas, they also collaborate with non profit organizations that are working to improve their areas. Numi support volunteerism. They give their employees four paid hours per month, to volunteer in their community! (Can you imagine if all employers did this?)
They also accept donations for H20pe, and you can even have a fundraiser to help. 1 in 9 people in our world, don’t have clean drinking water, which is where H20pe comes in. Not only do they help with raising money to provide people with clean drinking water, but they source their tumeric from 12 farming villages in Madagascar. Numi initiated Fair Trade certification to help the farmers. This year the Numi Foundation put in 22 wells to deliver the families, access to clean water for life.
So if all this isn’t reason enough to check out Numi tea, let me tell you, it’s amazing! They sent me their Tea by Mood gift set. I LOVE it! The set includes 5 tea bags of 8 different organic and fair trade certified teas. Choose your mood, and enjoy the tea. You can choose from Energize, Inspire, Invigorate, Sleep, Focus, Reflect, Balance, and Refresh. My favorites are Energize and Invigorate, since I seriously lack sleep! But all of them are super tasty!
Numi also sent me their Organic Tea Flight gift set. It comes in a gorgeous bamboo box, which makes it an awesome gift! Inside are 5 kinds of 8 different organic, non GMO, fair trade certified teas. It includes Breakfast Blend, Aged Earl Grey, Chocolate Pu-erh, Jasmine Green, Toasted Rice, Rooibos, Moroccan Mint, and Dry Desert Lime. They are all so amazing, I can’t pin point which one is my favorite!
