Have you heard of Canyon BakeHouse well if not I am going to tell you about them. Canyon BakeHouse is a company that produces gluten free products for their customers. They have several different types of products. They have bread, muffins, Focaccia bread, hamburger buns and hot dog buns.
what I received from Canyon BakeHouse was the raisin bread, hamburger buns, Focaccia bread, 7 grain bread. I was so excited when I received these products. I have been having a hard time lately with eating regular white bread it upsets my stomach. So I couldn’t wait to try these products and see how they taste and if they upset my stomach.
The first one I tried was the Raisin Bread-The Cinnamon Raisin Bread was so good. I placed two slices in the toaster and add butter when they were done. It tasted just like regular raisin bread but the raisins were bigger and softer and the bread had a wonderful light taste and wasn’t so heavy on my stomach after eating it.
Being a fan of all types of bread that I love I then tried the Rosemary & Thyme Focaccia Bread– I am a huge fan of Focaccia bread and I was so happy to see that I got to review it. When I pulled it apart it was so soft and flaky and wasn’t dry and hard . The Rosemary and Thyme we a awesome touch to the Focaccia bread I eat a piece of it with some lasagna I had made it was so good.
A fe days later I had decided to make hamburgers and I got to use My gluten free Hamburger Buns– Now I was skeptical about the hamburger buns , this is why they seem to be bigger than normal hamburger buns and airy kind like a pastry feel. I made dinner and got the hamburger buns ready and dressed them up and sat down with my family to eat. None of them new they gluten free buns and I waited to see if they said anything , No one said anything but how good they were . I then tried my burger for myself and I was so impressed with how good the buns were. Everything I had thought about them was wrong. I thought they were light and fluffy had a great taste and they also the let the taste of the burger come out to and not just hamburger bun. I was excited about this and then I told them it was gluten free and they couldn’t believe it.
The last product I tried was the 7 grain bread-I like a sandwich every now and then and when I eat one I love a great bread to go with it. I decided to use the 7 Grain Bread . The bread was very soft and had a great smell to it. It wasn’t dry like some breads are and it had a taste that was great , it had an oats and grain taste and it went great with my sandwich.
