Well, the kids are in school and now it’s time to focus on ME! I need a lot of work (in my eyes only) so we are going to do this in baby steps. First thing, I know I can work on is eating breakfast. I’m not sure why I don’t eat breakfast, I’m at home so there is no excuse. No more EXCUSES… so when I received an opportunity to partner with Better Oats® to try their Oat Fit® Hot Cereal I raised my hand really high!

Okay so I don’t usually eat breakfast, but Oat Fit is the perfect solution for me to get a healthy and convenient breakfast. Healthy because I’m trying to eat better and convenient because I really don’t have the time to waste on breakfast so this is AWESOME!
After trying Oat Fit I was so FULL! With a good source of fiber and only 100 Calories this needs to be my daily breakfast from now on. There are more flavors too. I really felt great after breakfast and I accomplished a lot that day. So okay having breakfast does the body good, and when I feed it yummy hot cereal, I get rewarded with a lot more energy.
I added blueberries and that brought the breakfast to another level of scrumptious. I think next time, I’ll try bananas!

Besides eating breakfast now, here are more issues I’m going to work on:
- Drink more water
- Exercise at least 3-4 a week
- Go for walks
- Try hiking
- Eat healthy meals- more fruit and veggies
- Cut down on meat
- Oh the list will go on and on!
