Summer will be over before we know it. Many parents are happy. Most children aren’t. Back to school season is either magical, or horrible, depending on how you look at it. (I hate it because I home school so that means my vacation is over, lol.)
Moving on, Lassig reached out to us here at Kelly’s Thoughts on Things and asked if we wanted to check out their Wildlife Mini Lunch Bag. I quickly said yes, because even though Liam doesn’t attend a brick and mortar school, he still has a need to pack food. Everywhere we go, I take food and drinks for him because his food aversions are so strong. (Autism strikes again.)
Lassig sent Liam their Rhino Mini Lunch Bag. (It’s adorable! He loves it!) The main compartment is thermally insulated, so your kid’s food will stay cool. (Throw in an ice pack, and you won’t have to worry at all!) It’s roomy too, so there’s plenty of room for lunch, snacks, and a drink. Inside there is a mesh pocket to hold utensils or napkins too. On the back of the lunch bag, there is a card to put your child’s name and other info. It slides right into a clear pocket for easy visibility. The Lassig Mini lunch bag has a short handle and adjustable shoulder strap for carrying.
They also have a Car Wrap to Go carrying kit, and a 4Kids Trolley in the Rhino design, as well as other animal designs. That’s not all! Lassig also has swimwear, diaper bags, suitcases, blankets, bibs, dishes, and more. So why Lassig? Well in German, Lassig means casual. They design their items to be casual, functional, and high quality to make life easier. Lassig also helps our environment! For every one of their recycled polyester Charity Shopper bags sold, Lassig plants a tree! So far, they have planted 30,898 trees! Their Charity Shopper Ecoya bags support a well construction product to secure a long-term water supply in the Kobe region, East of Chad, Africa.
So not only are Lassig’s products fun and functional, but they are also working to make our world a better place. What better reason is there to head over to their website, and check out all they have to offer? You can also find them on Facebook (this is their USA fb page,) Instagram, and YouTube.
Okay, so your bigger kids are in school, but your little one is home with you. How about some sensory play in the bath tub? Yookidoo sent us the cutest tub play set, called Stack N Spray Tub Fountain. It has a base that easily attached to the bottom of your tub. The floating part of the base draws water up through the center. Your little one can stack the three boats and little figures on top, to change the effects and spray patterns of the fountain. It’s really neat. The Stack N Spray tub fountain has won many awards, such as Parents Magazine Best Toy of the Year, The Best Bump of Baby Award 2016, and many, many more. Don’t just take my word for it, head to their website and check it out! Your kiddo will LOVE it! You can find them on Facebook too!
