My daughter is absolutely obsessed with fairies. We have a fairy garden outside our door, in the yard, but since we live in the midwest there’s a large part of the year she cannot enjoy it. We have to take it down every fall and put it up every spring. While it’s fun rearranging and making new paths and villages in the spring it’s sad we can’t enjoy our Fairies all year long. The Irish Fairy Door Company lets you enjoy having a fairy live with you year round! Doesn’t matter what season it is or what the weather is like outside your fairy will be living comfortably in your home with you!Unlike a traditional fairy home that stands alone and can be moved around a fairy door opens a home in your wall. The fairy can enter through the fairy door and make a home. To encourage a fairy to come and stay with you there’s a few things you must do. First (and this is the most important) you need to set up your fairy door and stepping stones for the fairy to find. Next leave the key out by the door and go to sleep. IF a fairy decides to move in they will take the key. That is how you will know there’s a fairy living on the other side of the door! Once your fairy has moved in it’s time to name him or her and go online to register them. Online you’ll find a whole world awaiting you in Fairy Valley, all you need is a little imagination.
My daughter had a blast setting up The Irish Fairy Door and waiting for a fairy to arrive. I never thought she was going to go to bed that night. But the next morning when she woke up she rushed right over to the fairy door. And wouldn’t you know it, no key! On the very first night a fairy spotted our door and moved right in. We named our fairy Sabrina and have been leaving her little notes every night. There’s even a Family/Fairy Lease Agreement that we signed and our fairy signed too! But I think my daughter’s favorite part of the Irish Fairy Door is the Fairy Welcome Guide.
Inside the Fairy Welcome Guide you will learn everything you need to know about living with a fairy. You will learn the rules of what is expected of the family members and what is expected of the fairy. You will learn how to set up your fairy door and what to do once a fairy moves in. The guide has some wonderful illustrations which my daughter really enjoyed.
You can pick out your very own Irish Fairy Door online and have it shipped to your front door.
