Also, try to avoid clichés and only include humor if you’re sure it’s going to resonate with your audience (humor can be a difficult concept to incorporate).
When you’re a blogger, it’s always a good idea to stay on top of the trends and news impacting your niche. If you can create a post that’s timely and weaves in particular aspects of current events or what’s happening in the world, it’s more likely to go viral. It’s kind of like news stories that circulate on Facebook and Twitter, but you can put your own spin on it.

This sounds a bit obvious, but surprisingly a lot of bloggers don’t add social share buttons to their post, or if they do, they’re difficult to locate. Put those buttons front and center so once your readers have gone through the post it’s super simple for them to share it on their social media profiles.
